CPS Box Office Hours & Info
Regular Box Office: Monday through Friday, 12:30 – 4:30 pm, excluding legal holidays.
Event Night Box Office: 1 hour prior to the performance.

Tickets may be purchased online by choosing “Buy Tickets” above, in-person at the Performing Arts Center lobby window during the Regular Box Office hours listed above, in-person at the Event Night Box Office, in-person at Brick & Mortar Music during their normal business hours, or over the phone at (315) 267-2277 during Regular Box Office hours
We accept CPS gift certificates, cash, check, Visa/Mastercard/Discover, and Bear Express.
Brick & Mortar accepts cash, check, Visa/Mastercard/Discover.
Gift certificates, cash, check, and Bear Express cannot be accepted online.
We cannot accept unpaid reservations. Payment is required at point-of-sale.
Please purchase your tickets well in advance. This will allow you to avoid sellouts, long lines in the lobby, or waiting for a return phone call from the CPS Box Office during peak purchasing times (peak purchasing time is 2 weeks prior to each show).
Fees assessed online go directly towards maintaining the convenience of this service. We are proud that we are able to maintain some of the lowest in our business, but please call us if you would prefer. Like tickets, these fees are non-refundable.
Regular discounts such as SUNY Faculty/Staff, Senior, Student, etc. are available through any of our ticketing outlets.
Online: You can choose any of these discounts individually from a drop-down menu in the Shopping Cart. Please call prior to confirming your order if you have questions or concerns. All sales are final.
Special discounts like Co-op Member Discounts, free tickets, and special promotions are not available online. Please call or visit the CPS Box Office to take advantage of such discounts (please visit us if the discount requires ID or age confirmation).
Refund & Exchange Ticket Policy
All sales are final.
If necessary, tickets may be exchanged for a fee of $3.00 per ticket. The exchanged ticket must be returned to the CPS Box Office prior to receiving the new ticket. All exchanges must be made prior to the day of the original event.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend an event, please consider donating your ticket back to CPS as a tax-deductible contribution. All donation requests must be made prior to the event.
During the buying process, you will be asked to select whether you would like your tickets held at Will Call (free-of-charge) or mailed for a $1.50 fee.
It is our policy to stop mailing tickets 5 days prior to an event.
Online Mailing Policy
Mail fees will not be refunded for a request made within this 5-day window. If a request is made within this 5-day window, these tickets will be placed in Will Call.
Tickets held at Will Call are available for pick-up on the night of the event at the Will Call table in the lobby of the performance hall. Please look for the purple Will Call sign that will be posted. Alternatively, Will Call tickets can also be picked up anytime during the Regular Box Office hours listed above.
Lost or Damaged Tickets
If tickets are lost or damaged, contact the CPS Box Office at (315) 267-2277 during the Regular Box Office hours listed above to request replacements.
Attending an Event
Doors to the performance hall open approximately 30 minutes prior to performance time, at the discretion of management. Persons arriving late will be seated between movements or at the discretion of management. Persons leaving during the performance should do so at an appropriate break in the program. Please be considerate of the artists and your fellow patrons at all times.
Infants and Children
Infants and children require a ticket; no babes-in-arms. CPS management reserves the right to ask audience members with disruptive children to leave the concert hall.
Helen M. Hosmer Hall, Sara M. Snell Theater, and the Proscenium Theater are equipped with accessible seating. For the best accommodations, please call the CPS Box Office at (315) 267-2277 during the Regular Box Office hours listed above for further assistance.
Crane students must reserve their seats prior to the event. Please visit the CPS Box Office in-person with your student ID for all reservations. Students without an ID cannot reserve their ticket. Reserving well in advance will guarantee you receive the best seats. Please click here to read information about your tickets to CPS events.
CPS' goal is to protect all customer information collected through online, telephone, and mail sales. We will ONLY use the physical and e-mail addresses that you provide to send information relevant to CPS ticketed events and promotions, unless you chose otherwise. Further, we will ONLY use your telephone number to inform you of urgent, event or ticketing related matters.
