The Woodwind Summit is hosted at the Crane School of Music, labeled as buildings 19 through 22 on the map above. The Saturday afternoon performance is in Sara M. Snell Music Theatre, labeled as building 19.
Parking is available in Lot 6 and Lot 9 for the Woodwind summit and Imani Winds performance. Parking will be free in those lots for the duration of the summit. SUNY Potsdam has on-campus dining facilities serving food for purchase on the following schedule:
- Friday: 7 am until 10 pm
- Saturday: 11 am until 10 pm
