 - Information you provide: when you sign up for our newsletter or use ticketing services provided by Glitnir Ticketing, you may provide us with information such as your name, address, email address and phone number. We use this information to provide the related services, such as sending a newsletter or maintaining your user profile.

 - Payment information: when you make a purchase from Glitnir Ticketing using a credit card, you will need to supply your credit card information to facilitate that payment. Payment data is only used to process purchases you authorize and is not accessible to CPS staff. Payment data is processed by a third-party and is governed by the privacy policy of that third-party.

 - Direct communications: when you contact CPS in-person, by email, or over the phone, we may retain information about your communication with us to process your request.

 - Website usage data: when you use the CPS website, we collect information about how you access our website and what you do on our site to improve our web services and inform our programming.

In addition to the purposes outlined above, we may use your data to:

 - Deliver, maintain, and improve our services;

 - Understand patron interests and develop new programs;

 - Respond to inquiries and requests; and

 - Protect the security and integrity of CPS and our community.

CPS does not knowingly collect information about patrons under the age of 13, and we do not collect information about patrons under the age of 18 without parental consent. CPS web services are not intended for use by patrons under the age of 13.

How We Share Your Data

CPS may share your personal information with affiliates who provide our services. Our affiliates are:

 - Glitnir Ticketing, who provide ticketing and newsletter services for CPS;

 - GoDaddy, who hosts this website; and

 - SUNY Potsdam, who provides our email communications and office spaces.

How We Protect Your Data

CPS uses reasonable measures to protect information we collect about you from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no digital or computer system is completely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

How Long We Retain Your Data

CPS will retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, or as required by law. You can request deletion of your user profile at Glitnir using your login information, or you can contact us as detailed below.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, which collects information about how website visitors use this site. The information collected includes first-party cookies, information about your device or browser, and your IP address. When you supply information to Google Analytics, it may be transmitted to Google's servers in the United States and provided to its affiliates for service delivery.

CPS uses Google Analytics to analyze how patrons use our website and aggregate information about our patrons to improve our web services, inform our programming, and promote our services. CPS does not serve internet advertising using Google Analytics data or provide it to affiliates.
