PER TRANSACTION FEE - a single flat fee of $6.00 applies to all ticket transactions (in person or online). There are no additional per ticket or any other fees on ticket transactions.  There are no fees applied to donations or merchandise transactions.

TICKETS AVAILABLE ONLINE & IN PERSON

The Box Office, located in the SUNY Potsdam Performing Arts Center lobby, will offer in person ticket sales beginning January 21, 2025 Tue-Fri from 10 - 4 pm with extended hours Wed/Fri until 5 pm. Walk up tickets available at the performance venue 1 hour prior to curtain time. We will be closed for all campus breaks and observed holidays. Thank you for your patronage!

Tickets to American Patchwork Quartet and Voctave have a $5 per ticket discount automatically applied if purchased in advance of the event.  Day of event ticket sales will be an additional $5 per ticket. 

CPS has a new ticketing platform where you can select your own seats online, generate print-at-home or smartphone tickets. You can also have tickets held at the "Will Call" table at the theatre the night of your event.

To order online, you will need an account within our system.  If you already have an email address on file with our ticket office, please enter your email address when prompted. Your email address will be your default User ID.  All customers will need to create a new password. The first time you order through our new web store, our system will lead you through the process.

Youth, Student, Military/Faculty & Senior discount prices are found via drop-down menu during the "Confirm" (Step 3) of the ordering process.

No eating in the theaters. Water in a sealable container is allowed. 

No recording of any kind. Mute all electronic devices and dim screen brightness.

No alcohol, drugs, or smoking allowed on campus.

We provide ticketing services and front of house management for various departments and organizations on campus. There may be variations in rules and regulations and we ask that you obey any posted restrictions. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to any patron and to ask the patron to leave the grounds. 

We will uphold the privacy of all guest artists in backstage, green room and dressing room spaces. Artists are not obligated to conduct meet and greets or to join the audience in the lobby after the show. Please respect our guests performers. 

No refunds for tickets unless the show is cancelled – we will contact you in event of a cancellation.

Ticket Methods of Delivery

There are 2 delivery methods:

1. Print at Home/Save to Phone
   Print tickets at home or save the print at home ticket screen to mobile device and present to the usher during seating.
2. Will Call
   Your tickets will be waiting for you at the Will Call Table the night of the event. All you have to do is give your name to the Will Call Attendant and they will give you your tickets.
