There are two options for you to receive your tickets:

 - Print at Home: You can print your tickets on paper at home, or you can show the PDF ticket to ushers on your phone.

- Text Delivery: tickets are sent to your mobile device and can be added to a digital wallet to show to an usher.

Delivery method is selected at checkout. If you need to change your delivery method, contact CPS.

TRANSACTION FEE

A $3.00 fee per ticket is applied to all ticket transactions, both online and in-person, to cover the costs of using our ticketing provider and processing credit cards.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Tickets may, at any time before the event begins, exchanged for an upcoming show of equivalent value (incurs a $3.00 processing fee), converted into a gift certificate of the same value, or exchanged into a tax-deductible donation to CPS.
