Instructions to Claim Tickets
SUNY Potsdam students who pay the Concert Fee receive free admission to Community Performance Series performances and masterclasses. Steps to claim your free tickets depend on event format.
GENERAL ADMISSION
1. For General Admission tickets, log into your Glitnir account here. If you do not have one, contact the CPS Box Office.
2. On your account dashboard, click "Student Tickets." If there is an upcoming general admission event, click "Generate Ticket."
3. Your ticket is now ready for use! Show the PDF ticket on your phone for admission.
RESERVED SEATING
1. For reserved seating tickets, open the Group Portal here, and enter the group password. (Group passwords are distributed to campus emails - check your inbox.)
2. Select your seats, and follow on-screen steps to complete your order.
